Cómo desarrollar procesos de aprendizaje para estudiantes: Desarrollo de capacidades para ser mentor
In this book is described the learning process that teachers of Business Administration from the University Santo Tomas de Bogota (Colombia) have developed to achieve the profile of mentor, and to respond to the challenges of Higher Education in the 21st century.
This experience is aimed to discover how we are able to awaken and enhance in students the essential capabilities to carry out a self-education process, either directed or guided. This experience is also aimed to discover and implement the necessary practical training, breaking up the old models and developing in teachers the skills and knowledge to address unapologetically new methodologies and ways of learning.
Contributions of several authors cited in references are brought to the classroom, and the dimensions of interest have been emphasized as one of the essential pillars in the student-teacher interaction to be constructive, useful and effective.
