Problemas resueltos de dirección de operaciones (Vol.2)
This book is a continuation of the first volume of the collection of solved problems in operations management. This second volume includes fifty-five new solved and annotated exercises, grouped into seven chapters covering topics of operations management ranging from the capability analysis of a production system to aggregate production planning, including cases of productivity and plant distribution analysis, among other topics.
As is the case with volume 1, the purpose of the publication of this second volume is eminently didactic, therefore its publication is justified by pedagogical reasons only.
The book is addressed to people with knowledge of operations management, primarily to facilitate the learning of problem-solving procedures to students of such material in higher education institutions and business schools.
The focus of the publication is markedly practical, becoming a source of information for solving operations management problems. It can be of interest not only to students but also for professionals who carry out operations organization activities in business and in public administration.
